In 2019, I launched a Workshop to help care practitioners and line managers to support themselves in their personal and professional life. The take of this workshop is that by managing your time, life will find better balance and well-being. The workshop is designed for 10 people and it was sold out on the first take.

How can you overcome any blocks and challenges you face in managing your time?

RESULTS & BENEFITS
Below is the explanation of the workshop and what benefits it aimed at giving. The participants were given an action plan and the time to work and reflect on their personal life. Some of the feedback included:
